1. Our services
We provide personal impact coaching, corporate training programmes (including The Business Brain Programme and The Smart Working Revolution), resilience training, discovery calls, podcast content, and related published materials, including the book How to Train Your Business Brain. Programme content, dates and pricing are as agreed with each client in writing (by email, proposal or invoice) and take precedence over any general description on this website.
2. Bookings and cancellations
Bookings for coaching, training or discovery calls are confirmed once agreed in writing. Either party may reschedule by giving reasonable notice. Cancellations made less than 30 working days before a confirmed session may be chargeable in full; please confirm your specific cancellation window with us before booking corporate or group training.
3. Fees and payment
Fees are as set out in our proposal, invoice or booking confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, currently 8% above the Bank of England base rate. Book purchases made via third-party retailers (e.g. Amazon) are governed by that retailer’s own terms.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this website and in our training materials, including text, presentations, exercises, podcast episodes and the book, is owned by or licensed to OTT and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, resell or distribute this material without our prior written consent.
5. Client responsibilities
Coaching and training are provided to support your personal and professional development. They are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric or legal advice. You are responsible for assessing whether our services are suitable for your circumstances and for informing us of any relevant health or wellbeing considerations before a session.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, OTT’s liability for any loss arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
7. Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us at ideas@oliverthompsontraining.co.uk and we will aim to resolve this promptly.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
