Our fully digital programme is comprised of 3 levels that are completed by users in a non-linear fashion. Each Level consists of 3-4 activities including psychometric assessments, coaching, activities and gamified productivity tools.
Upon completion, users receive access to a 4th continuous level that provides access to additional personal development activities, progress tracking tools and more. As talent development and management is an ongoing effort, our platform serves as a home base for users to continuously shape their career and progress.
After the completion of each activity users receive tailored results, including personal communication preferences, market insights, skills-based knowledge and self-discovery. In total, the programme provides each user with over 20 career related results that are based on scientific research.
